Abstract
This research delves into the realm of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), aiming to shed light on the factors that influence user satisfaction and individual performance within these organizations. Utilizing a comprehensive approach that includes surveys, interviews, and data analysis, this study investigates the intricate interplay between AIS effectiveness, user experience, and individual productivity. The findings underscore the significance of factors such as system usability, information accuracy, training, and organizational support in shaping user satisfaction and enhancing individual performance. SMEs can leverage these insights to optimize their AIS implementations, fostering an environment that promotes user satisfaction and ultimately improves organizational performance.
