The present clinical study evaluates antibiotic approaches used among cardiovascular patients undergoing dental surgical and restorative care, with emphasis on prophylactic protocols, clinical outcomes, postoperative complications, and factors influencing therapeutic decisions.

A retrospective clinical assessment framework was developed to analyze cardiovascular patients receiving dental interventions requiring invasive manipulation of oral tissues. The study evaluates patterns related to antibiotic selection, administration timing, treatment duration, patient characteristics, and postoperative outcomes.
