  • All articles are freely accessible online upon publication.

  • The APF supports peer review, editorial processes, production, and long-term archiving.

2. Fee Structure

Standard Article Processing Fee

  • Authors are required to pay a fee of USD 450 upon acceptance of their manuscript.

  • The fee covers peer review management, editorial assistance, typesetting, and online publication.

Discounts and Waivers

  • Partial or full fee waivers may be offered for:

    • Authors from developing countries

    • Students or early-career researchers

  • Requests for waivers or discounts must be submitted during the submission process with justification.

3. Payment Process

  • Manuscripts will not be published until all applicable fees are received.

4. Refund Policy
