International Journal of Intelligent Data and Machine Learning (IJIDML)

The International Journal of Intelligent Data and Machine Learning (IJIDML) is committed to publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed research in intelligent data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. To sustain the journal’s operations, an Article Processing Fee (APF) is charged for manuscripts accepted for publication.

1. Open Access Model

IJIDML operates under a full open-access model, meaning all published articles are freely accessible online without subscription or access fees. The APF covers editorial management, peer review, production, online hosting, and long-term archiving.

2. Fee Structure

Standard Article Processing Fee

  • A standard fee of USD 450 is applied per accepted manuscript

  • The fee is payable after acceptance of the manuscript

Discounts and Waivers

The journal may offer partial or full fee waivers in the following circumstances:

  • Authors from low- and middle-income countries

  • Students or early-career researchers

  • Manuscripts of exceptional academic or societal importance

Requests for waivers or discounts must be submitted during manuscript submission with a brief justification. Approval is at the discretion of the editorial board.

3. Payment Process

  • Authors receive detailed instructions for payment after manuscript acceptance

  • Payment methods may include bank transfer or online payment gateways

  • Manuscripts will not be published until all applicable fees are received

4. Refund Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable once the manuscript enters the production stage

  • No fees are charged for manuscripts that are rejected during peer review

5. Use of Fees

APFs support:

  • Editorial and peer review management

  • Plagiarism screening and ethical oversight

  • Production, typesetting, and online publication

  • Journal website maintenance and digital archiving

  • Promotion and dissemination of published research

6. Transparency

Editorial decisions are made independently of authors’ ability to pay. Payment of the APF does not influence acceptance or peer review outcomes.
