THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF THE PROPORTIONAL ELECTORAL SYSTEM IN THE MODERNIZATION AND DEMOCRATIZATION OF SOCIYETY
Abstract
This article examines the role and importance of the mojaritoral electoral system in terms of its impact on the modernization of political institutions and the strengthening of democratic processes. The article pays special attention to how the mojaritoral electoral system contributes to the development of political culture, citizen participation in political life and representation of power.
