Author Guidelines for The Pinnacle International Journals
The Pinnacle International Journals is committed to publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed, open access articles. The journals, Critique Open Research & Review and The Pinnacle Research Journal of Scientific and Management Sciences, welcome the submission of original research, reviews, theoretical papers, case studies, and other scholarly work. These guidelines provide authors with all necessary information for manuscript preparation, submission, and publication.
General Submission Guidelines

Types of Articles
We accept the following types of manuscripts:- Research Articles: Original research with new findings.
- Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews of a specific field of study or research.
- Short Communications: Brief reports of recent research findings.
- Case Studies: Detailed reports of individual cases or specific research situations.
- Theoretical Papers: Papers discussing new theories or conceptual frameworks.
- Letters to the Editor: Short opinions, comments, or observations on previously published articles.

Language
Manuscripts must be written in English. Authors should ensure the language is clear, concise, and free of grammatical errors. Manuscripts with language issues may be returned for revision. -
Originality
Authors must submit original work that has not been published or under consideration elsewhere. All sources of data, quotes, and ideas from other authors must be fully cited and acknowledged. The Pinnacle International Journals uses plagiarism detection software to check submissions for originality.
Manuscript Preparation

File Format
Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Do not submit PDFs or LaTeX files unless specified by the editorial team. -
Length of Manuscript
- Research Articles: Up to 5,000 words (excluding references, tables, and figures).
- Review Articles: Up to 8,000 words.
- Short Communications: Up to 2,000 words.
- Case Studies: Up to 3,000 words.
- Letters to the Editor: Up to 1,000 words.

Title Page
The title page should include:- Title of the manuscript (concise and informative).
- Full names of all authors (with the corresponding author clearly indicated).
- Affiliations (institution or organization) of all authors.
- Corresponding author’s contact details (email, phone number).
- Acknowledgments (if applicable, such as funding sources or contributions).

Abstract
The manuscript should include an abstract of no more than 250 words that summarizes the purpose, methodology, main findings, and conclusion of the research. The abstract should be structured and should not contain citations. -
Keywords
After the abstract, provide 3-6 keywords that represent the main topics of the article. These keywords help index the article for search engines and databases. -
Main Text
The main body of the manuscript should follow a logical structure, including the following sections (if applicable):- Introduction: Provide context for the research, the problem being addressed, and the objectives of the study.
- Literature Review: (Optional) A review of relevant literature to frame the research questions.
- Methods: A clear description of the materials, methods, and procedures used in the study. This should be detailed enough for others to replicate the research.
- Results: Present the findings of the research, including tables, figures, and statistical analysis.
- Discussion: Interpret the results, explain the significance, and compare with previous studies.
- Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and their implications, and suggest future research directions.

References should follow the APA style (7th edition) format. Ensure that all in-text citations match the reference list and vice versa. Only include references that are cited in the text.Example of APA Citation Style:

Tables and Figures
- Tables and figures should be included within the manuscript (not in separate files).
- Each table or figure must be accompanied by a title or caption that explains the content.
- Ensure tables are simple and not overly complex. Use headings and subheadings for clarity.
- High-resolution images or graphics should be submitted (minimum 300 dpi).
Submission Process

Online Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system. The system will guide authors through the submission process, allowing for easy tracking of the manuscript’s status. -
Cover Letter
A cover letter is required with the manuscript submission. The cover letter should include:- A statement that the manuscript is original and has not been submitted elsewhere.
- A brief description of the manuscript’s importance and relevance to the journal.
- Any potential conflicts of interest (if applicable).

Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any potential conflict of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation. This includes financial interests, affiliations, or other relationships that could affect the objectivity of the work. -
Ethical Approval
If the research involves human participants or animals, authors must provide evidence of ethical approval from an appropriate review board or committee. This must be indicated in the Methods section of the manuscript.
Peer Review Process

Double-Blind Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review, where both the identities of the authors and reviewers are kept anonymous. This process ensures an objective and unbiased evaluation of the work. -
Review Outcome
After review, authors will be notified of the decision:- Accepted: The manuscript is accepted for publication with or without minor revisions.
- Major Revisions: The manuscript requires substantial revisions and will be sent back for further review.
- Rejected: The manuscript is not suitable for publication, typically due to significant flaws in the research or presentation.
Publication Ethics

Authorship
Only individuals who have contributed significantly to the conception, design, data analysis, and manuscript preparation should be listed as authors. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submission. -
Plagiarism
The Pinnacle International Journals takes plagiarism seriously. Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using tools such as Turnitin or iThenticate. Any plagiarized content will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript. -
Data Availability
Authors are encouraged to make their data publicly available in repositories whenever possible. Data availability should be stated clearly in the manuscript, and any restrictions should be noted.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
To cover the costs of publication, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for each accepted manuscript:
- Critique Open Research & Review: $300 USD
- The Pinnacle Research Journal of Scientific and Management Sciences: $350 USD
The APC helps support the open access model, ensuring that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide. Fee waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low-income countries or in cases of financial hardship.
Final Manuscript Submission
After acceptance, authors will be required to:
- Submit the final version of the manuscript, incorporating all reviewer feedback.
- Provide any necessary supplementary materials, including raw data, additional figures, or multimedia files.
- Sign the copyright agreement and grant the journal the right to publish the article under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license.
