International Journal of Intelligent Data and Machine Learning (IJIDML)

The International Journal of Intelligent Data and Machine Learning (IJIDML) invites original, high-quality research articles, review papers, and case studies that advance theory and practice in intelligent data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related interdisciplinary domains. Authors are requested to read and follow the instructions below carefully to ensure smooth review and publication.

1. Scope of the Journal

IJIDML publishes contributions in, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Machine Learning and Deep Learning

  • Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems

  • Data Mining and Big Data Analytics

  • Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision

  • Reinforcement Learning

  • Explainable and Responsible AI

  • Intelligent Decision Support Systems

  • Applications of AI and ML in healthcare, finance, security, and industry

2. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles

  • Case Studies / Application Papers

  • Short Communications

All submissions must present original work that has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere.

3. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

3.1 General Formatting

  • Manuscripts should be prepared using 12-point Times New Roman font

  • Line spacing: Double-spaced

  • Page size: A4, with 1-inch margins on all sides

  • Language: English (clear, concise, and grammatically correct)

  • Page numbers should be included

3.2 Manuscript Length

  • Research articles: Maximum 8,000 words, including references

  • Review articles: Maximum 12,000 words

  • Short communications: Maximum 4,000 words

4. Structure of the Manuscript

4.1 Title Page

  • Title of the manuscript (concise and informative)

  • Full names of all authors

  • Institutional affiliations

  • Corresponding author’s email address

4.2 Abstract

  • A structured abstract of up to 250 words

  • Should clearly state the objective, methodology, key results, and conclusions

4.3 Keywords

  • Provide 4–6 keywords relevant to the manuscript

4.4 Main Text

Manuscripts should be organized into clearly defined sections, such as:

  • Introduction

  • Related Work / Literature Review

  • Methodology

  • Experimental Setup / Data Description

  • Results and Analysis

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion and Future Work

4.5 Acknowledgments (Optional)

  • Acknowledge funding sources, institutional support, or individual contributions

4.6 References

  • References must follow the APA citation style

  • Ensure all citations in the text appear in the reference list and vice versa

5. Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and cited in the text

  • Each figure and table must have a clear caption

  • Figures should be of high quality (minimum 300 dpi)

  • Acceptable formats: JPEG, PNG, TIFF

6. Mathematical Expressions and Algorithms

  • Equations should be clearly formatted and numbered sequentially

  • Algorithms and pseudocode should be presented clearly and consistently

7. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy

  • Any conflicts of interest and funding sources must be disclosed

  • Research involving human or sensitive data must follow ethical and legal standards

8. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system

  • Authors may suggest potential reviewers during submission

  • All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening before peer review

9. Peer Review Process

  • IJIDML follows a double-blind peer review process

  • Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity

  • Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback

10. Article Processing Fees

  • IJIDML operates under an open-access model

  • Article Processing Fees (APFs), if applicable, are charged only after acceptance

11. Copyright and Open Access

  • Authors retain copyright of their work

  • Published articles are made freely available under the journal’s Open Access Policy
