The International Research Journal of Advanced Engineering and Technology (IRJAET) invites submissions of original research articles, review articles, and case studies in all areas of engineering and technology. Authors are requested to carefully follow these guidelines to ensure smooth processing, review, and publication.

1. Scope of the Journal

The journal publishes high-quality research in areas including, but not limited to:

  • Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Computer Engineering

  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Applications

  • Robotics, Automation, and Industrial Engineering

  • Renewable and Sustainable Energy Systems

  • Materials Science and Nanotechnology

  • Smart Infrastructure and IoT Applications

  • Engineering Design and Innovation

2. Manuscript Types

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles

  • Case Studies / Technical Reports

  • Short Communications

All submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

3. Manuscript Preparation

3.1 General Formatting

  • Font: 12-point Times New Roman

  • Line spacing: Double-spaced

  • Paper size: A4

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

  • Include page numbers

  • Language: English

3.2 Length

  • Research Articles: up to 8,000 words including references

  • Review Articles: up to 12,000 words

  • Case Studies / Short Communications: up to 4,000 words

4. Manuscript Structure

4.1 Title Page

  • Title of the manuscript

  • Full names of all authors

  • Institutional affiliations

  • Corresponding author’s email

4.2 Abstract

  • Maximum 250 words

  • Summarize objectives, methodology, key results, and conclusions

4.3 Keywords

  • Provide 4–6 keywords relevant to the manuscript

4.4 Main Text

Organize manuscripts as follows:

  • Introduction

  • Literature Review / Background

  • Methods / Materials and Methods

  • Results

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

4.5 Acknowledgments (Optional)

  • Funding sources and institutional support

  • Individual contributions if applicable

4.6 References

  • Follow APA citation style

  • Ensure all in-text citations appear in the reference list and vice versa

5. Figures and Tables

  • Number figures and tables consecutively and cite in text

  • Provide clear captions for all figures and tables

  • Minimum resolution of 300 dpi

  • Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, TIFF

6. Ethical Considerations

  • Compliance with IRJAET Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy is mandatory

  • Disclose all conflicts of interest and funding sources

  • Research involving humans, animals, or sensitive data must adhere to ethical standards, including institutional approvals and informed consent where applicable

7. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system

  • Authors may suggest potential reviewers

  • All submissions undergo editorial screening prior to peer review

8. Peer Review Process

  • IRJAET uses a double-blind peer review system

  • Manuscripts are assessed for originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity

  • Authors may be asked to revise manuscripts based on reviewer feedback
