Instruction For Authors

International Journal of Next-Generation Engineering and Technology

Welcome to the International Journal of Next-Generation Engineering and Technology (IJNGET). We invite you to submit your original research articles, reviews, and case studies that contribute to the field of engineering and technology. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure your submission meets our guidelines.

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • General Formatting: Manuscripts should be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides. Use A4 size paper for submissions.
  • Length: The maximum length of original research articles should be 8,000 words, including references, tables, figures, and appendices. The maximum for review articles is 12,000 words.
  • Structure:
    • Title Page: Title of the article, names of authors, affiliations, and corresponding author’s email.
    • Abstract: A concise abstract (250 words maximum) summarizing the aims, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
    • Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords that represent the main topics of your article.
    • Sections: Organize content into clearly defined sections (Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References).

2. Figures and Tables

  • All figures and tables must be numbered consecutively and referenced in the text. Each should have a descriptive caption.
  • Figures must be submitted in high resolution (300 dpi) and in appropriate file formats (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF).

3. References

  • Use the APA citation style for all references. Ensure that all citations in the text are included in the reference list.
  • References should be meticulously checked for accuracy and completeness.

4. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through our online submission system. Ensure you have registered for an account before submission.
  • During submission, authors may suggest preferred reviewers, but the editor reserves the right to select reviewers.

5. Peer Review Process

  • All submitted articles undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors will be notified of acceptance, revision, or rejection after evaluation.
  • Authors are required to respond to reviewer comments and make revisions as necessary.

6. Ethics Statement

  • Authors must ensure that their research adheres to ethical standards. Any conflict of interest or funding sources must be disclosed.

7. Open Access Policy

  • This journal follows an open-access policy. All articles will be freely accessible online upon publication.

8. Manuscript Withdrawal

  • Once submitted, manuscripts may not be withdrawn without prior approval from the editorial board.
