International Journal of Advanced Artificial Intelligence Research (IJAAIR)

Welcome to the International Journal of Advanced Artificial Intelligence Research (IJAAIR). The journal publishes high-quality original research articles, review papers, and case studies that advance theory and practice in artificial intelligence. Authors are requested to carefully follow the instructions below to ensure smooth processing of their manuscripts.

1. Scope of the Journal

IJAAIR accepts manuscripts related to, but not limited to:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

  • Deep Learning and Neural Networks

  • Natural Language Processing

  • Computer Vision and Image Processing

  • Robotics and Intelligent Systems

  • AI in Healthcare, Finance, Education, and Industry

  • Ethical, Explainable, and Responsible AI

  • Data Mining and Big Data Analytics

2. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles

  • Case Studies / Applied Research

  • Short Communications

3. Manuscript Preparation

3.1 General Formatting

  • Manuscripts must be prepared in English.

  • Use 12-point Times New Roman, double-spaced.

  • Maintain 1-inch margins on all sides.

  • Paper size: A4.

  • Pages should be numbered consecutively.

3.2 Length of Manuscripts

  • Research articles: up to 8,000 words (including references).

  • Review articles: up to 12,000 words.

  • Short communications: up to 3,000 words.

4. Structure of the Manuscript

4.1 Title Page

  • Title of the manuscript

  • Full names of all authors

  • Institutional affiliations

  • Corresponding author’s email address

4.2 Abstract

  • Maximum 250 words.

  • Should briefly state objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

4.3 Keywords

  • Provide 4–6 keywords relevant to the manuscript.

4.4 Main Text

  • Introduction

  • Related Work (if applicable)

  • Methodology / Materials and Methods

  • Results

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion and Future Work

4.5 References

  • References must be complete and accurate.

  • Use APA citation style.

5. Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively.

  • Each figure/table should have a clear caption.

  • Figures must be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).

  • Tables should be editable, not embedded as images.

6. Ethical Considerations

  • Submitted work must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • Authors must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy.

  • Any use of AI tools in manuscript preparation or data analysis must be disclosed.

  • Conflicts of interest and funding sources must be clearly stated.

7. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s submission system.

  • Authors may suggest potential reviewers; however, the final selection rests with the editor.

8. Peer Review Process

  • IJAAIR follows a double-blind peer review process.

  • Authors will receive one of the following decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

  • Revised manuscripts must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

9. Open Access and Article Processing Fees

  • IJAAIR is an Open Access journal.

  • An Article Processing Fee (APF) may apply upon acceptance.

  • Fee details and waiver options are available on the journal website.

10. Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

  • Manuscripts may not be withdrawn after acceptance without approval from the editorial board.

  • Unethical withdrawal practices may result in sanctions.
