Instruction For Authors

International Journal of Renewable, Green, and Sustainable Energy

Welcome to the International Journal of Renewable, Green, and Sustainable Energy (IJRGSE). We invite researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to submit original research articles, review papers, and case studies that advance knowledge in renewable energy, green technologies, and sustainable development. Authors are requested to carefully read the following instructions to ensure that their manuscripts comply with the journal’s guidelines.

1. Manuscript Preparation

General Formatting

  • Manuscripts should be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font

  • Line spacing: Double-spaced

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

  • Paper size: A4

  • File format: MS Word (.doc or .docx)

Length

  • Original research articles: Maximum 8,000 words (including references, tables, figures, and appendices)

  • Review articles: Maximum 12,000 words

Structure

Manuscripts should be organized in the following order:

  • Title Page: Title of the article, full names of authors, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author’s email address

  • Abstract: A concise abstract of up to 250 words summarizing the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions

  • Keywords: Provide 4–6 keywords representing the main topics of the manuscript

  • Main Text Sections: Introduction, Methodology / Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion

  • References

2. Figures and Tables

  • All figures and tables must be numbered consecutively and cited in the text

  • Each figure and table should have a clear and descriptive caption

  • Figures must be submitted in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)

  • Acceptable figure formats include JPEG, PNG, or TIFF

3. References

  • IJRGSE follows the APA citation style for references

  • All references cited in the text must be included in the reference list and vice versa

  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all references

4. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system or official submission email as provided on the journal website

  • Authors may suggest potential reviewers during submission; however, the final selection of reviewers rests with the editor

5. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process

  • Authors will be informed of the editorial decision: acceptance, revision, or rejection

  • Authors must address reviewer comments carefully and submit revised manuscripts within the specified time-frame

6. Ethics Statement

  • Authors must ensure that their research complies with accepted ethical standards

  • Any conflict of interest, financial support, or funding sources must be clearly disclosed

  • The journal follows strict policies against plagiarism and unethical research practices

7. Open Access Policy

IJRGSE follows an open access publishing model. All published articles are freely available online immediately upon publication, allowing unrestricted access to readers worldwide.

8. Manuscript Withdrawal

Once a manuscript has been submitted to IJRGSE, it may not be withdrawn without prior written approval from the editorial board.
