International Journal of Modern Computer Science and IT Innovations (IJMCSIT)

Welcome to the International Journal of Modern Computer Science and IT Innovations (IJMCSIT). The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, case studies, and technical reports in computer science, information technology, and related innovations. Authors are requested to follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth submission, review, and publication process.

1. Manuscript Preparation

1.1 General Formatting

  • Manuscripts must be written in English.

  • Use 12-point Times New Roman, double-spaced.

  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.

  • Paper size: A4.

  • Pages should be numbered consecutively.

1.2 Manuscript Length

  • Original Research Articles: up to 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

  • Review Articles: up to 12,000 words.

  • Short Communications / Case Studies: up to 4,000 words.

2. Manuscript Structure

2.1 Title Page

  • Title of the manuscript (concise and descriptive)

  • Full names of all authors

  • Institutional affiliations

  • Corresponding author’s email address

2.2 Abstract

  • Structured abstract of up to 250 words, summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

2.3 Keywords

  • Provide 4–6 keywords relevant to the manuscript.

2.4 Main Text

  • Include sections such as Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

2.5 References

  • Use APA citation style.

  • Ensure all in-text citations appear in the reference list and are accurate.

3. Figures and Tables

  • Number figures and tables consecutively.

  • Include descriptive captions for each figure and table.

  • Figures must be high resolution (300 dpi minimum).

  • Acceptable formats: JPEG, PNG, TIFF.

4. Ethical Considerations

  • Submissions must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy.

  • Research involving sensitive data, cybersecurity experiments, or IT infrastructure must follow ethical and responsible disclosure practices.

  • Avoid disclosing confidential information that may pose security risks.

5. Submission Process

  • Submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system.

  • Authors may suggest potential reviewers, but the final selection is at the editorial board’s discretion.

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.

6. Peer Review Process

  • IJMCSIT follows a double-blind peer review process.

  • Authors will receive feedback regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection.

  • Revised manuscripts should be submitted within the timeline specified by the editor.

7. Plagiarism Screening

  • All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software.

  • IJMCSIT is an Open Access journal.

  • All accepted articles are freely accessible online immediately upon publication.

9. Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • An Article Processing Fee may apply to accepted manuscripts.

  • No fees are charged for submission or peer review prior to acceptance.

10. Manuscript Withdrawal

  • Manuscripts may not be withdrawn after submission without prior approval from the editorial office.
